The Academy of Aphrodite Ourania is the seminary of the Temple of Aphrodite and the training body of the Aphrodisian Wicca Goddess Tradition. Named for Aphrodite Ourania, the Heavenly One, the Academy is a sanctuary of learning where seekers from around the world come to deepen their devotion, study the mysteries of the Goddess, and prepare for service as Priestess, Priestx, or Priest.

All seminary training within the Academy of Aphrodite Ourania is offered freely. There is no tuition, no membership fee, and no hidden cost. Aphrodite's wisdom belongs to all who seek Her, and we are honored to share it as a gift.
Our Mission
We exist to nurture devotees of Aphrodite into confident, compassionate servants of the Goddess. Through study, ritual, mentorship, and community, we cultivate clergy who can hold sacred space for love in all its forms — for individuals, couples, families, and communities.
Our curriculum honors the ancient roots of Aphrodite's worship while embracing the lived realities of contemporary devotees. We teach a spirituality of the body, of pleasure, of beauty, and of fierce tenderness, grounded in the values of equality, autonomy, and care.
The Path of Training
The Academy offers a three-stage path from first dedication to ordained service. You may move at your own pace and remain at any stage that feels right for your life.

Dedicant
Make a personal dedication to Aphrodite and begin structured study, ritual practice, and mentorship within the tradition.

Devotee
Deepen your devotional and ritual life, growing in study, service, and the inner mysteries of the Goddess.
III
Priestess / Priestx / Priest
Complete advanced training and ordination as Priestess, Priestx, or Priest, taking on service to Aphrodite and Her community.
How the Academy Works
